I think the boy in the cartoon is sad because he couldn't play football with his friends because he has to make football.
I think he wants to be free from making football and wants to play football with his friends because he look so sad when he is making football and he is thinking of his friend playing football.
To help him we could put a new law saying that you cannot make children making football or other work when they don't want to.
